Ok guyz, today i gonna tell you how to protect your files with passwords so even if someone get your files they can't see what secrets documents or files is there.

How to Make a password protected files.
1. Download a zip utility. WinZip and Winrar is very popular, and an evaluation version is available free.
Note : I have done it using Winrar you can use Winzip or Winrar.
2. Select the files you want to add protection
5. Now Enter Password and Re-enter password for verification.(Make sure both your passwords are similar)
6. Check the Encrypt file names option
7. In Add to Archive, enter the path and name you want your zip file to have.
8. click ok after you have done with password and path directory.
9. check for details once you have done with all passwords and path directory and click OK again.
10. you will find a zip file in your directory, open it. It will ask you to enter password.
11. enter your password yippee you have created a password protected Zip file now you are secure and can send this file to anyone without having a fear of your data security.
If you are creating a password protected zip file for the purpose of sending a virus to an anti-virus company, use the password infected and state the password is infected in the email the zip file is being attached to. In this special case, the password protection is simply to prevent the virus from tripping alarms and being disinfected before it reaches the anti-virus company.
Some tools for making "password protected zip files" (compressed folders) may use the term "encryption" or "encryption key." Encryption key is technically the more accurate description. They are talking about the same thing, though.
(Don't worry if an unencrypted copy of the zip file is created in your TEMP directory when you enter the password. The work-file will be deleted by the zip utility when it terminates. If your zip utility fails to do that, contact the zip utility vendor.
