This code which you are seeing is same on the receivers end, this is matched and so the message gets decrypted on receivers end automatically.

If you find this code is not matching means someone in midway is having access to your messages. So this amazing feature makes it impossible to Hack Whatsapp, but with Whatsapp-Web Feature there is a loophole in it. If you can get access to users mobile for even less than 1 minute you can easily get into their WhatsApp account and check and reply on their behalf.
