Is Reliance Jio the slowest Internet Service Provider?

TRAI announced that Reliance Jio 4G is slowest internet service provider in India and their rank is 5th according to their analytic. Jio is providing their services in all 22 telecom circles.

Jio also made a world record by making 100 million customers in a short span of time. Do you know handling 100 million customers is not so easy and also when your network is completely free. Everybody is using their service to extreme limits. Still Jio is giving good service to its customers.

According to Jio, their customers are using 40 to 50 times more data than average usage, comparing to other Telecom operators-Airtel, Vodafone, Idea. It clearly means that they are consuming data equal to 40-50 customers.

Now Reliance Jio have 100 Million customers and if you are going to multiply 100 x 100 Million it's 10000 Million customers. SO guys Jio users are consuming data which is equal to 10000 Million customers.

Having a network with 10000 Million customers and still giving 5 to 10 Mbps, specially in the metro cities. In smaller cities or rural areas, the speed is much lower; sometime internet speed is below 1 Mbps. Jio is planning to spend 2000 crores on network expansion by installing 1,00,000 LTE towers which means network to each and every part.

The real reason behind slow internet is Jio’s network has overloaded. Network congestion creates a bottleneck that slows down Jio connections much more than the connections of other operators.
